It took them a couple minutes before someone came to help me. Before I could even look at a specific car, they started asking me my personal info, if I wanted to do a loan, trade in. I wanted to look at the car first before I decided anything. My sales rep Zach was rude, rushed, awkward, and uncomfortable to be around. He came with us on the test drive (which is a new thing to me, no other dealerships does this) he didn't try to interact with us until we stopped in a parking lot to check the engine. He then tried to convince us to buy the car when there was a clear issue with the engine. He even brought over his boss after the test drive to help convince us to buy the car before they even looked at the car to fix the issue. It was a mess. Corwin tried to sell a vehicle with broken struts, by assuring me it had been inspected and passed. Furthermore the vehicle had 93 K miles on it and the 90K service had not been performed. When I had the vehicle inspected by my mechanic, Corwin denied that I had made this part of the purchase contract. Zach Smith even lied, saying he did not recall me mentioning this even though I stated it plainly multiple times. I see Corwin Toyota as dishonest and untrustworthy. More

I test drove the vehicle around town a little bit. I’m sorry I didn’t take it on the highway. I would’ve noticed the transmission issue. It’s just very hard between ninth and 10th gear and then back down. I almost think somebody at the dealership might’ve noticed this. Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule and run it up to a Chevy dealership for for diagnosis and probably back again for The repairs. so yes, a little hard to recommend a dealership when you have issues like this. Especially when I traded a very solid vehicle, but your sales guided a good job so you have at least one good employee.. More
