Good experience till the end. I negotiated a fair price on a certified vehicle. After fully paying for the vehicle, they sent me info on extended warranties, which I wasn't inter I negotiated a fair price on a certified vehicle. After fully paying for the vehicle, they sent me info on extended warranties, which I wasn't interested in since it was certified and told them so. They responded and said it wasn't certified any longer since I negotiated down the price and that it would be $800 extra to have it certified. However they never told me at any time during the negotiation that it wasn't certified any longer and they wouldn't budge on that since they were "losing money" on the deal. It felt like dishonest dealing and a bit of bait and switch. More
