I could not have been more pleased with how I am treated every time I come to the dealership. The process of dropping off my car for service was very efficient and smooth. I was verbally insulted by the general manager in front of a service technician. The alleged general manager accused me of being drunk, and that I returned the last and first loaner vehicle back to the dea of a service technician.
