On 5/30/25 my son and I came into your dealership looking to purchase a 2025 Maverick ALT AWD. We were assigned Zach Randt. At the time of our visit your Maverick inventory was limited, however, Zach was c to purchase a 2025 Maverick ALT AWD. We were assigned Zach Randt. At the time of our visit your Maverick inventory was limited, however, Zach was confident he could obtain the car of son's choice from another Dealership. He was able to locate a truck from Dunphy Ford in Northeast Philadelphia. Zach was very helpful and turned us over to the Sales Manager who was extremely rude and condescending and said that he required a $250 deposit to obtain the vehicle. I have purchased many cars in the past and never had to leave a deposit. In any event, my son decided he would like to obtain the car from Dunphy. I placed a deposit of $257.50 ($250.00 plus 3% surcharge) for Pacifico to go to Dunphy Ford. I was told my deposit was non-refundable (which I never heard of before) unless it was delivered by 6/23/25. Yesterday, I went the Dunphy website and the car my son was supposed to purchase was being advertised as available. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I called Zach Randt and he credited my account. My first and only experience at your Dealership left me very disappointed. More

Called the dealership up and said I was looking at a specific vehicle on their lot to purchase. Said car was waiting for me when I arrived to test drive it. The sales people and I were able to negotiate specific vehicle on their lot to purchase. Said car was waiting for me when I arrived to test drive it. The sales people and I were able to negotiate a terrific price on said vehicle and purchased it and drove it home that day. I am extremely happy with my vehicle. More
