I pass by three Jeep dealerships to come here because I know that the service team here at the Smithfield Deacon Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will go above and beyond for their customers! It’s not an easy job! Through any hiccup I’ve noticed they fight for the customers. It’s not easy being the face of a company a “front line agent” to be able to communicate with customers and mechanics and be so professional kind and genuine to both parties is something special.
