Showed up the next day somewhat concerned about getting the deal will be done as agreed on. However, all of my concerns went out the window the moment I met Dennis. Dennis was fully prepared Car was already put aside with a SOLD sign from the day before. Note that I did not give any deposit in order for them to hold the car for me. Very honest team, no xx, promise kept. Zach was also doing a great job. Explaining what each document is. No pressure regarding selling additional services. I am leasing cars for the last 25 years, I never had such a great experience leasing a car in the past. Keep up the good work guys. You guys are great!! It was pleaser to do business with you. More

The process started fine, but then deteriorated. I was told that the two stains on my front passenger seat would be taken care of, but they have not. I had to call to find out the status of my license plate, when I was told that I would be called. No response to my inquiries about the permanent plates. Called the day before the temporary expired, which was a Saturday, and they happened to be there. Overall experience, I hate to say, hasn’t ended on a great note. More
