Got us the car we wanted but the customer service was severely lacking. No follow up on issues noted on delivery. They did not install the front license plate before delivery and neither after multiple a severely lacking. No follow up on issues noted on delivery. Typically, a car by an experience is exciting and fun. Once you sign all the paperwork, it is something to look forward to when you open the door of your new vehicle. This dealership failed to produce a quality experience, picking up my new truck. They had an entire day to get the truck, detailed and smelling good. That was not the case. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and showing me all of the details of the interior, including the features. Unless the price is right, I have no reason to return to the dealership. More

Terrible purchase experience with Clay Cooley Ford. They processed the loan documents incorrectly and are holding on to my funds for nearly three weeks and counting.
