Made an appointment for a 15k mile service. Zach knew who I was and why I was there, awesome feeling. He said it would take 1 1/2 hours and sure enough I had the keys in hand on time. Made me feel stupid If you’re an average female either in looks or wealth, expect to be treated with no respect.
