Hopefully the repair that was made at Kelly Jeep will finally be the resolution to our problem. Dealership in North Carolina didn't fully resolve our problem. I had to text 3 times over 2 days to get updates Also, having to wait a month for vehicle to be looked at was a little much considering Kelly knew the problems we had in North Carolina with a check engine light which resulted in replacing a water pump. Had a routine oil change on 2/24/24 Sunday the next day there was a big amount of oil under the engine. We bring the car back to see what went wrong. This dealer never recognized on any wrong doing. They s there was a big amount of oil under the engine. We bring the car back to see what went wrong. This dealer never recognized on any wrong doing. They sent my wife home on a Uber and said they will call her when the car is completed. Also they added that this should be only a few hour. The dealership never call us back on that Monday and they kept the car without calling and with NO communication that they had to keep the car.. This dealership has no care in the world on their customers life and how important this cars are to us. A simple phone call and better planning would be nice to the customer. My wife missed 2 days of work and my daughter missed also 2 days of school. The problem here is that the dealership had yet to accept that they didn’t something wrong while doing a routine oil change on Saturday or any apologies…. Be aware out there. STAY AWAY!!!! More
