Please be aware of how unprofessional this dealership is before trusting them with a large purchase. I a female purchased a brand new 2022 Taos from Zach. a day after purchase the check engine light came on before trusting them with a large purchase. I a female purchased a brand new 2022 Taos from Zach. a day after purchase the check engine light came on and I stalled out in the middle of the road with my 1 year old in the car and the car would not accelerate past 10. I had to get the car towed back to the dealership and they did absolutely nothing maintenance wise but wipe the check engine light and advised me to put premium gas in a car that takes unleaded gas “so it can run better” Clearly stated in the owners manual to put unleaded gas in the vehicle. THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY to say the car needs premium gas in hot months and unleaded 87 during cool months. Never heard of such a thing what a great way to push someone through the maintenance line. I spoke with Robert the general sales manager “next in line under Victor” in hopes to get a running car and he thought it was appropriate to come back and say he can only give me 27,000 dollars for a 35,000 dollar car that he sold me two days ago, that was driven for a day then towed from my driveway, which is clearly a manufacturer issue. Please do your research they will sell you a lemon. I am emotionally traumatized from this experience and would not wish this upon my worst enemy. This dealership is not putting out safe vehicles to drive because they are hurting for inventory. If this was your family would you want them to drive a brand new 2022 car that stalls out when driving? Be smart and do not give them the time of day as their customer service line that they advise you to go through also will not do much for you. Talk about horrible customer service! DO YOUR RESEARCH! Had 2020 Atlas Cross Sport delivered with dent below passenger door. Had to take day off and spend 3 hrs with drive time to take back to dealership to have fixed. Service Dept.
