Very poor service experience from Kolosso Toyota. Brought a 2013 Rav4 in for soft breaks. The service team bled the brakes and said it was fixed. After we picked it up, we realized it had not changed at all. The service person was rude and condescending when he drove it and said, "well it stops doesn't it!" After contacting the service manager, he asked to drive it himself and agreed they were not fixed. Next attempt failed also. Never got a face to face with the service manager and he was over an hour late for the appointment that he scheduled with me. The recommended repair was a complete brake job, so we went from they are fine to a full brake replacement. Very poor experience. Will never go back. More
