My 22 yo daughter purchased her first “real” used car this week. The sales person, Orlando, is new to Corwin and he was decent. No high pressure sales, just the right amount of listening. His only fault: he over promised on things he couldn’t make happen, like saying he would have the service check the battery, make sure the AC was checked/charged, etc. The car was a trade in and had not been through the service center when she purchased it. Two days later, the car was “ready” for pick up. Unfortunately when she arrived, the battery was dead. This unsettling fact made her question if (1) the 52 point inspection had been properly performed or (2) Corwin faked it to get us out the door. They got the sale. Isn’t that enough? The customer service was lacking on all levels. She left three voice messages for the used car manager, Mike or Mitch or Mark? (can’t find his name on the website anywhere). When asked if this is how he treats all of his customers, he snarkily retorted that he was too busy and often doesn’t answer calls. He didn’t want to speak to us about our experience (or lack there of) saying he was too busy. Mike/Mit ch/Mark didn’t provide her with the service report until she asked. That seems sketch! Like they were intentionally hiding something. The service report clearly stated that the car failed some of the inspections -and they were addressed (air filter, rear brakes, oil change) but there were others items were the car also failed that were not addressed or inspected (fluid checked, etc). This is my 2nd, and last car, that I will purchase at Corwin. I bought the Toyota service plan for my 2023 RAV4, but will not be getting my oil changed at your service department. I’ll drive to Mountain State instead. How can I trust your service recommendations after the lack of transparency and honesty with how the service suggestions were handled? More

I stand by my previous review. After 7 months of not being able to title the vehicle they sold me, now they refuse to cut the check for the agreed upon vehicle buyback price (whic After 7 months of not being able to title the vehicle they sold me, now they refuse to cut the check for the agreed upon vehicle buyback price (which they only agree to after I had to pay a lawyer). John David is a horrible finance manager and Corwin Toyota needs to be investigated for their business practices (namely, not transferring titles of vehicle trades to make sure they’re receiving clean, unbranded title vehicles). Dealerships like Toyota are where the words sleaze bag come from. They don’t stick to their word, but at least the coffee machine was broken. My next step will be to file a stolen vehicle report to see if Corwin finally abides to the signed agreement and pays me back for the branded title vehicle they tried to sell me. I REPEAT…STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLEAZE BAGS!!! More

Corwin Toyota has the BEST like Michael H. who is familiar with the great inventory of vehicles. This was a big time saver, and I never felt overwhelmed. I was introduced to Corwin Toyota by Michael, as I had followed with a previous Toyota dealership. I will now continue with Corwin. Above all, Michael listens to his customers and their needs. He does so with kindness. He introduced me to other team members that I may have future contact with. They were all friendly and welcoming. Jack was my Sales guy, and made my Truck purchase as easy as possible. He did great at juggling both myself and another customer at the same time. This whole transaction was frustrating. Up until the signing of financials was ok, but everything after that was not. I kept being told by Mazlo that he would keep in contact with me throug Up until the signing of financials was ok, but everything after that was not. I kept being told by Mazlo that he would keep in contact with me throughout the day both 9/21 and 9/23 and then didnt. 9/21 i heard from him at 10 and then 5pm with some xx excuse why the car wasn’t ready. 9/23 I heard from him once at 10am that’s it. I also left multiple messages to multiple managers throughout the day 9/23 because no ody could just log in the computer and tell me what was happening with the car. No one ever called ME back! That is until 2 days later. Then again on 9/30 I asked for help with getting the windshield replaced and Mazlo ignorned my phone call and won’t talk to me in person but sent a text on Tuesday. I left messages for a manager who left me me a message on 9/25 and he still has never called me back. I had more help from the windshield man then anyone at the dealership. My biggest complaint is that I wasn’t being communicated with and people couldn’t just callback to deal with the situation instead I was ignored which made me even more frustrated with the situation! All I needed was communication and HONESTY!!!! More
