I won't be back. I was charged more than I was told I would pay. Then on top of that I was charged an additional 3% for using a credit card . I was super pleased with the help Subaru and Adam Bihun provided when my Subaru's battery died. It only took a couple days and my Subararu is back up to speed! and Zeigler Subaru even washed my car! Service Advisors make you feel valued with a genuine demeanor as opposed to a fake demeanor, or worse yet, other dealer techs make you feel like you are just a "number" that they need to process. I am always impressed with the service department. I had my appointment time wrong but they took me in as I was just doing a software update. The service was done quickly, and my car was returned wa I had my appointment time wrong but they took me in as I was just doing a software update. The service was done quickly, and my car was returned washed and ready to go. They also updated me on some maintenance that might be required at my next oil change appointment with the costs so that I would be better prepared. Zach did a great job. More

Subaru screwed me over and charged me full price of what I was supposed to pay, I had to wait 5-7 business days to get my 2600 back in my account.
