They stated I needed a new transmission and after it was replaced, it exhibited the same symptoms. I brought it back in stating it was still happening and they said they needed to update the computer system replaced, it exhibited the same symptoms. I brought it back in stating it was still happening and they said they needed to update the computer system. After they did that, I drove it home with the same issue occurring. It’s still not fixed. Either they incorrectly diagnosed from the beginning or they really didn’t do the work they stated. I’m thousands of dollars in at this point with a car that feels unsafe to drive. More

I was informed that my car needed tires and received a sheet on tires. Car was brought in far an oil change and maintenance check. My car has been at your dealership for a month and I have had no updates aside from 1 phone call letting me know they had not found the issue. I have had NO communication, no updates. Ace was my service tech had no updates aside from 1 phone call letting me know they had not found the issue. I have had NO communication, no updates. Ace was my service technician and my car is still at the dealership and I have had NO communication. Subaru Advicacy reached out to me 3 weeks ago and Michael x119121 was even worse at communication. I have reached out to Subaru corporate and will continue to post negative reviews until I get answers. More
