This was the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. The finance manager repeatedly lied. I would avoid Wade at all costs. Wouldn’t let us see a deal sheet. Our salesman, Zack, was more of a place holder than a salesman. He was worthless in the whole process. We’re still dealing with the repercussions of buying from them. We’re in Texas and it’s been a nightmare. If I could give no stars I most definitely would. The Director of Operations is the only one that was helpful or made anything happen. If it wasn’t for him I would have had to fly across the country just to get the deal done. Once we got the truck it had an active recall on it that was not disclosed nor addressed. I had to take it to a local dealership to get it fixed. I’d avoid them, especially if your buying from out of state. More
