Exactly what I wanted We've been coming to St. Charles for service for years, so when it was time to get a new car we were hoping that we wouldn't need to go anywhere else. We've been coming to St. Charles for service for years, so when it was time to get a new car we were hoping that we wouldn't need to go anywhere else. We were going from an ML to a C, I had a specific list of what I wanted, and Zach found the exact match (all the way in Iowa). Zach was very straightforward with us, also explaining everything in great detail. It was our first time leasing, he made us comfortable with the process. Compared to previous car purchasing experiences at other places, this was a very straightforward and easy business transaction - exactly what I would expect from a Benz dealership. We're really happy with our new car and will not be shopping anywhere else. More

The team was very welcoming and efficient. Every promise was kept and they were very helpful in informing me about all aspects of the purchase and options with out being aggressive.
