We are leasing a vehicle this month and have chosen the Atlas cross sport because our normal vehicle brand is in between model redesigns and this is a very similar model in the mean time. We are new to the Atlas cross sport because our normal vehicle brand is in between model redesigns and this is a very similar model in the mean time. We are new to the VW brand and needed some information to initiate a purchase. That search lead us to Suntrup VW where we have relatives in the area and travel often. Several days after our initial online inquiry on a vehicle we found that met our needs we again called to speak with someone. We finally were put in touch with Zach Seiler who was short and informed us the vehicle we inquired about had sold during that time however they had several others. When we mentioned our location a couple hours away, he was immediately short and dismissive refusing to provide us any information stating it would be a waste of his time because we are not local and that he was not going to help us. Unless you are currently on site and have already started filling out the purchase agreement while holding a bag of cash and wanting someone who is disrespectful and dismissive I would recommend exploring other similar brands or at the very least other dealerships with higher standards. More

Was looking to trade my car in and get my interest rate down and Will, Ryan, Billy, and Julie made that happen. I was really interested in the Tiguan R-Line and once I seen it and test drove it I knew I ha down and Will, Ryan, Billy, and Julie made that happen. STAY AWAY FROM ZACH SEILER. This so-called sales “guy” is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional when dealing with potential customers. Unless you walk in This so-called sales “guy” is extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional when dealing with potential customers. Unless you walk in with cash in hand, ready to buy a car on the spot, he won’t take you seriously. He casually throws around terms like “bro” and “man” in an ignorant, dismissive way and has no problem smirking at his manager and cracking jokes when a customer doesn’t make a purchase within a few hours. The cars he’s shown us were in terrible condition inside, yet he expected us to be impressed and ready to buy immediately. On top of that, he had the audacity to say, “If the other dealership is stupid enough to give you that amount for your car, go sell it there and buy a car from them too.” Our experience with him has completely ruined the excitement of buying a car from Suntrup. While we genuinely like the warranties they offer, no one should have to tolerate being treated like they’re “less than” just for wanting to make a well-thought-out decision. Incredibly disappointing experience—avoid ZACH SEILER at all costs. You’ll have a much better experience working with another sales representative at the dealership. Save yourself the frustration and hassle in advance. More
