Zach was great, easy to work with and was completely dedicated to finding us the vehicles we needed as we were purchasing two vehicles, one we were buying and one my daughter was buying. Zach made a gr dedicated to finding us the vehicles we needed as we were purchasing two vehicles, one we were buying and one my daughter was buying. Zach made a great impression on all of us, especially for my daughter who was purchasing a vehicle for the first time. We put Zach through his paces too as we tested multiple vehicles, but he did it all without complaint. Once we decided on our vehicles, Zach turned around the reg, plates and inspection for us very quickly. Highly recommend Zach and the team at Ira Subaru. More

Zach took the hassle out of car buying for my husband and I. We were looking for a first car for our daughter and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We had visited several dealerships in the area and nobody was able to assist us like Zach did. He was honest, efficient, and went above and beyond to make this a stress free and easy experience. Looked online for a car with low milage. Found 2 at a price we could afford. Test drove them, really liked both, then spent almost 3 hours at the dealership, only to find out that the online Found 2 at a price we could afford. Test drove them, really liked both, then spent almost 3 hours at the dealership, only to find out that the online price was not true. Both cars were offered to us at over $4000 MORE then stated online. Total bait and switch. When pointed out, they said we didn't qualify, as "stated in the fine print". I then open the website and checked - the "fine print" stated that a vehicle 2009 or newer needed to be traded-in to get the IRA price, which we were doing. After a lot of mumbling and "checking with the manager" we were still offered the higher price. Total waste of time! xx offers, too much time spent pushing financing (which we didn't need) and never a simple answer to questions. NO THANK YOU More
