John was straightforward, knowledgeable, and funny without trying too hard, just a legitimately easy person to work with. He answered every question, didn't push, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. The whole transaction was painless in a way that almost felt suspicious, like I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. I'm pretty sure if I'd asked this guy to do a backflip to close the deal, he would have at least considered it, and knowing how the rest of this went, he probably would've nailed it first try. Whatever White River Toyota is paying him, it's not enough. Same goes for everyone else I dealt with there. Great experience from start to finish. More
