I had been researching a pre-owned vehicle for about 2 months, had test drove 2 versions of the Mini Cooper, and eventually decided on buying the Countryman S All 4. I put a few search alerts in place for months, had test drove 2 versions of the Mini Cooper, and eventually decided on buying the Countryman S All 4. I put a few search alerts in place for the features I was interested in and sat back and waited... but not too long. After only a week, I found a match at McDonald Volkswagon. I scheduled an appointment using their online tools and got a personal response within minutes. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Zach and 3 hours later drove away with our new car. The entire process was very relaxed, Zach is easy going and really made the purchase seem fun. The rest folks at McDonald VW went out of their way to make sure that we were enjoying the experience and happy with our car, including hand delivery of fresh baked cookies, if tasty, sweet treats are your thing. I would recommend the dealership and Zach if you are looking to buy a car. Side note: I would suggest taking a hard look at the warranty contract, not just the summary, if it is offered, and make sure you bring a checklist of "Things to Think About" when you go. It is easy to get caught-up in the moment and forget weird things like luggage rack keys, spare tires, etc. More

I was a little disappointed when I found out how much my trade-in is now being sold for and what I was offered. Before I brought my vehicle, and I did a Kelley blue book to figure out what trade-in value would be even if I sold it as a private owner, and they doubled the price. Which make me feel good that my vehicle is still in great condition, but also was a little disheartening seeing that McDonald’s should’ve probably offer me a little more for it even after my research I was a little disappointed in that but overall thankful for them working with me More
