My car was forgotten about, took it in back late. Had to put LO jack back in because it didnt pass emissions with it, they said they will install it during oil change. Sat in waiting room for 2 1/2 h Had to put LO jack back in because it didnt pass emissions with it, they said they will install it during oil change. Sat in waiting room for 2 1/2 hours. I have 8 free oil changes from a screw up when buying the car. The guy couldnt find them, even though ive had 3 oil changes with no hassle all ready. I finally got my car. They forgot to give it a car wash, i said forget it. I have to go. I drove home, saw wires hanging by my foot. Called and sked if they installed the lo jack, they said yes, of course they did. I said, are you 100% positive,because nothing has changed with the wires. He said yes. He called me back saying the guy forgot to put it back in. Which is shocking it took 2 1/2 hrs for a oil change/tire rotation. Worst service ive ever had for any car service. More

Don’t trade your car in at this dealership I traded my Malibu in that gave me 4000 dollars for it they said it was going to action and that might make about 500 dollars on it now it’s on their lot for 899 Malibu in that gave me 4000 dollars for it they said it was going to action and that might make about 500 dollars on it now it’s on their lot for 8995 be prepared to be lied too nothing but smoke and mirror’s at this dealership and I wouldn’t even trust them to change my oil or even put air in my tire! More

From walking in to driving new car away the experience was amazing. Started off with a nice greeting from their staff and the sales Representative Jesse, was also offered drinks and snacks for my kids. Je was amazing. Started off with a nice greeting from their staff and the sales Representative Jesse, was also offered drinks and snacks for my kids. Jesse showed me selection of cars I was interested in, brought them in the garage as well so we can check the features out rather than bringing it outside in the cold. Once we found what we were looking for we got to crunching numbers, credit report and paperwork. They were able to get me in what I wanted and worked with me on the price and payment. They literally made it all work in my favor and they were professional about the whole thing. Car was cleaned and ready to go for us with no issues. Jesse and their staff stayed late, Jesse was also running all around just to make sure everything went perfect and didn’t even pressure me into something I didn’t want which is the best part unlike the other dealers. Would recommend Zeigler to anyone looking for a new or used car, they have multiple dealerships and a variety of vehicle brand to choose from as well as being new or used. Jesse definitely has my business in the future when i upgrade or just need another car for sure. Will also be recommending him to all my friends and family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Zach Martinez was also a very police sales representative who made sure I had no issues while he found my sales representative Jesse. Thanks for getting me taken care of! More
