Dealership, personnel we’re friendly and helpful service was done when they said major issue I had was with the delay in getting service started scheduled appointment and was told once I arrived that it wou was done when they said major issue I had was with the delay in getting service started scheduled appointment and was told once I arrived that it would be three days before they would start looking at my vehicle if I took it then it was going to start over on the clock not sure why an appointment was needed More

Scratch left on door, brand new truck. Wasnt going to make a big deal but i didnt even get a call back from service manager after leaving voicemail.
