Was looking forward on becoming a part of the Jones family. Ordered a brand new truck in Aug for a company truck. Double checked and verified everything was being ordered correctly and was assured it w family. Ordered a brand new truck in Aug for a company truck. I was told that it has the tow package but it doesn’t show on the window sticker or paper work. Contacted corporate and they verified that was false. Told they were wording parts to add the package and then that they had came in and was in the shop getting installed. Finally get told there’s nothing they could do and that they couldn’t get in the parts from ford and that I’d have to get aftermarket trailer brake controller an 7 pin plug. Was Told that I could re-order but that it probably wouldn’t be right because ford wouldn’t allow the tow package on them. Contacted for ld again and verified that was false and found several new trucks already in stock with the complete tow packages. Asked if we could work on the price of the ordered truck that was answered by seeing my custom ordered truck online for sale without given the opportunity to set down and work out a discounted buy so I could add the missing parts aftermarket. Was looking forward to doing business with jones Ford and was considering if this buy went well upgrading my fleet of company trucks and our personal vehicles with them. Unfortunately that’s not the case now. Very disappointed in the lies and leading on I experience and the lack of Customer service. I do think the salesman was only relaying what info they would let him give so don’t blame him but whoever his manager is or person calling the shots is the problem and a deceitful person just to make the sale. More
