My car looked like it was ransacked. I showed the associate how the mechanics left my car and it was a complete mess. It is very disrespectful the way it was left. Your Lyft process for getting customers home is flawed and inconsistent. The recall on the fuel pump was done incorrectly and it resulted in the car stalling in traffic. Called twice to get a tow and inconsistent. The recall on the fuel pump was done incorrectly and it resulted in the car stalling in traffic. Called twice to get a tow and twice both service representatives answered and failed to help. Me asking for a service manager got me sent to a voicemail while stuck in traffic. Finally received service and a tow and was told if it’s discovered to be the Honda dealership fault they will cover the tow. Great reassurance while I’m in traffic. Having left your dealership 30 minutes prior. Overall. The experience involving the Lyft issues all the way to a fuel pump installed incorrectly has left me with very little confidence in this dealership. More
