I started off with my wife looking at options for a future purchase. That unexpectedly turned into two days in person working with their sales team member Kay. Kay was very professional and has a gener future purchase. That unexpectedly turned into two days in person working with their sales team member Kay. Kay was very professional and has a generally pleasant demeanor, so much so that she was able to significantly upsell me from my original intentions. Here I am ready to buy and wanted to purchase without financing, but I was incentivized to use their financing. Reluctantly, I agreed to deal with the financing team. We moved on to proof of income and proof of credit which Kay was able to handle flawlessly. The financing man, Younes. He’s totally outrageous! First, I’m left in the waiting area for the finance team for over an hour like cattle waiting to be slaughtered. Then proceeds to interrogate me about my wife (which I owe him no explanation for the decisions we make in our own marriage and how we make those decisions), insinuates that I am a criminal, while refusing a duly witnessed and duly notarized power of attorney that is in full force of law. More
