Service department does not answer when I called. I had to drive to them to discuss my problem. I dropped car off for a warranty problem on a Monday,don't hear anything till I tried calling Wednesda I had to drive to them to discuss my problem. Instead of getting car they tried to tell me I needed $ 2400 dollars of work that needed to be done. I automatically knew they was wrong about repairs as I've had them done. We was wanted to look to buy a Grand Cherokee but after this service encou6we wont be taking vehicles there again will look to Chrysler dealerships in Shelbyville or St Matthew s for new vehicle. More
