My experience with Lincoln of Queens Center has been extremely disappointing, marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service. After my car broke down on April 8, 2025, extremely disappointing, marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service. After my car broke down on April 8, 2025, I had it towed through Lincoln support and was told I couldn’t get a loaner until diagnostics were done. I agreed and asked for updates — but received none. I had to chase updates myself. I was in contact with a former service manager, Alexandra, who tried to help, but no other staff followed up. On April 15, I was told the diagnostics were inconclusive, and the vehicle would be sent to Lincoln for further inspection. I was also told I should have had a loaner all along — a frustrating realization. On April 18, a representative Yvonne promised an update that never came. I was later told a vehicle would be delivered to me on April 21, but after waiting over 1.5h (after the scheduled time) no one showed up. When I called back, Yvonne simply said to “just wait,” with no apology or urgency. This level of service is unacceptable. When I finally received my vehicle back on April 29 — after three weeks — it was returned dirty, with a “Change Oil” alert still on, and non-functioning steering wheel controls. No one contacted me about an oil change, and it clearly wasn’t done. I had to handle it myself, only to find more issues. I expected far more from a luxury brand like Lincoln. Instead, I experienced delay after delay, no ownership of mistakes, and a complete lack of basic customer care. I also want to express particular disappointment with Yvonne Brown, who failed to provide clear communication or any sense of accountability during this ordeal. I will not be returning to Lincoln of Queens and cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone. More
