Avoid starks ford of at all costs! I brought my leased 2022 Lincoln Aviator in for service, only to find out that the dealership took my car for a joyride without my permission. They drove it over the Throgs Neck Bridge into the Bronx, racking up miles and charging tolls to my EZ Pass. When I got the car back, my dash-cam had been broken from the rear and disconnected, the car reeked of weed—clear evidence that someone was using it for personal use.
On top of that, they burned through three-quarters of my gas and returned it to me with significantly less fuel than I had left. This is beyond unprofessional—it’s outright theft and abuse of a customer’s vehicle.
If you care about your car, your money, and basic honesty, stay far away from this dealership. I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. They don’t even have the courtesy to reimburse the expenses they accrued.

You know you attempted to scam this dealer out of hundreds of dollars and/or free service under the guise of a hand-written "locksmith" invoice for "reimbursement ". When that failed , SUDDENLY an ever growing list of complaints blossomed. You won't sully my name online but praise me in emails. If honesty is truly of any value to you, then BE honest. Your email said 30 miles, Now it's 3 quarters of a tank and reeked and the camera is broken , not disconnected like you said ?
There is NO excuse for any tech to extend a test drive unauthorized . For that reason, the party accused has been reprimanded while this claim is investigated. There is absolutely no reason at all to resort to false feedback When you were told you would be contacted once your ACTUAL concerns were validated. This is so disappointing , and undeserved.
