The most concerning issue was that all of my paperwork was mistakenly prepared for the wrong vehicle. Something I, not the staff, had to catch and correct. This kind of error is pretty frustrating, especially for such a significant purchase. It delayed the process even further and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and exciting moment.
Yvette and David did their best under the circumstances and truly went above and beyond to make things right.
