Absolutely the best dealership i been too , Let’s just start by saying I had to go to a different dealership two months prior I bought a car and it was the worst experience of my life. My car got totaled ,I dread the thought of going to another dealership. I came across Bourne’s I could not believe all the positive reviews I took a leap of faith And went there. I had tori she was Beyond helpful she don’t make me feel pressured or overwhelmed . She was such a joy to talk to , She explain every single process. The customer service experience I had was great from the front receptionist Amada I think that’s her name ,she remembered my name daughter as well . being a woman and walking into a dealership only is scary , but I felt I was in good hand the whole time .
