The wait with an appointment was ridiculous. The sales agent was great and kind but financing "Luis" was quick and not thorough. My daughter loves the car but I hated the transaction. Honda fees don't add up to other dealerships for I have purchased 11 vehicles in my lifetime. My transaction at KIA was better from beginning to o end. Her next vehicle will be from KIA. xxxx poor service. The Sales agent should work somewhere else. You don't deserve him. Best. More
