Buying a car is not at all my favorite event in life. Jessica was patient with me and gave me a good price on the vehicle I was looking at. Yovan was there the entire way to help me along the process. Finally, Phillip in finance was also patient with me and made it hurt less than I had expected. I’m not describing a dentist visit here. I happened to witness an award presentation from Ford to the dealership- overheard Ford rep say that only a selected few received this award as well as the owner say that his other dealerships weren’t winning like this.
