I purchased a 2026 Trailblazer and the overall experience was good. Youssef was good about providing information about discounts and offers to save money, however, one specific element of the purchase result was good. Youssef was good about providing information about discounts and offers to save money, however, one specific element of the purchase resulted in the 4-star rating. Following the test drive when showing the various features and areas of the vehicle and looking under the back deck and discovering there was no spare tire, Youssef promised that one would be installed prior to pick-up. When I picked up the Trailblazer several days later, I forgot to check it before departing the dealership and called upon returning home and finding it hadn't been installed. I spoke with the Youssef's boss who I had been introduced to and indicated the issue. He said he would speak with Youssef. I called a few days later and spoke to Youssef prior to bringing the car back for its state inspection and he said he'd look into it and call me back. After bringing the in for inspection and not seeing Youssef or getting a call back, I called a few days later and Youssef again promised to look into it. Shortly thereafter I received a call back indicating a spare tire was not part of the standard package for the vehicle, only a tire inflater and I could buy a spare tire from the dealership or go to a junk yard to buy one for less. I find the overall result of this experience to be less than professional and the dealership and the salesman should have fulfilled their verbal obligation when making the sale. More

The wrong manual (Buick) was in the glove compartment. We only noticed it when we got home from dealership. As we live a distance from the dealership we called asking them to mail us the correct manual. W We only noticed it when we got home from dealership. We have since called over 10 times and talked to several people who have said they would take care of it but after 3 months nothing has happened and we are very upset. More

When picking up Cara truck, you should only go once the sticker in the registration should be done before the customer comes to pick up the vehicle.
