I purchased a Nissan Frontier, thinking that the dealer had inspected the car and it was ready to go. While testing the truck, I noticed that the vehicle was shaking. I informed the salesperson, and he tol had inspected the car and it was ready to go. While testing the truck, I noticed that the vehicle was shaking. I informed the salesperson, and he told me not to worry, it was just an alignment. To make a long story short, it was not an alignment; it was something more complicated. But the funny part is, the service department did not find the problem. I had to go and drive the car with a master mechanic, who advised me that there was an issue with the vehicle. Finally, they fixed it. I also had issues with a leak inside the truck. Before I purchased the car, I told the salesperson that the radio was having some issues. I took it to the service department, and they did not find the problem. When I told the service manager I would go to the dealer and show him the issue, he replied that even if there was a problem with the car, they could not fix it because it was out of warranty. That tells me that he found the problem, but does not want to help me. Any further action would need to be handled by the Sales Department. My disappointment is that from the beginning, they were never honest with me, and that is bad business. More
