In addition to my car still struggling to accelerate and feeling as though it is losing power. I asked to speak with a manager regarding this, this request has not been granted. I was charged to have my paperwork delivered to me after purchasing my car and never received it. I had to drive there to request it and was not refunded this charge nor did I receive all the paperwork. My job has been called several times with messages being left on the main voicemail for all my coworkers to hear requesting I pay an additional $1,000 promissory note when I owe no money and this has been confirmed but they keep calling. I have been requesting to speak with a manager regarding my concerns and to this day, still have not received a single call back or email. Every time I drive there, I’m told no one is available or they are on vacation or it’s not their department. My car had to be taken off the road due to my temporary tags expiring TWICE. They also emailed me temporary tags which I was told after being pulled over and ticketed that this is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. I was charged a $8,000 “bank fee” on a $7,000 car and still haven’t had my request granted to speak with someone about this. The day I purchased the car I was told they were closing and had no time to discuss anything and were doing me a favor getting me out the door in time before they close and it is there policy that you receive plates and paperwork within 48 hours and everything can be discussed then in person. This never happened. I was told SEVEN times my plates were being overnighted and they never came. I went to another dealership, Flawless to purchase a separate car. The owner of this dealership, Patrick Rodriguez FaceTimes his friend who happens to be the assistant to the owner of Route 46 Nissan, Marissa for them to have a discussion that Wagner Abreu is known for operating in such a “shady” business manner “to make $100-$200” off the customer” and that I “will NEVER end up speaking with a manager as he will sweep this under the rug”. Marissa offered to speak with me per Patrick as to avoid legal action but I of course never heard from her either. The Lemon Law people advised me to pursue this as a fraud case as the entire car, deal and all business practices were misrepresented. Please do not waste your time and energy dealing with these people. Specifically Wagner Abreu, Yohanesh Lloyd, Samuel Ramos, Karissa Martel and Anthony Spinato. I would not wish this frustration and dissatisfaction on my worst enemies. More

Yohanseh LLoyd Yohanseh LLoyd was an amazing salesman from start to finish. I came in interested in viewing a car that was not available on the lot. Yohanseh LLoyd found two cars that were similar and had me test drive both. At this point I told him I would be looking at other dealerships and I wished him a good evening. He called me several days later to inquire whether I had chosen another vehicle and encouraged me to come in again. I stated I was interested in a car at the Edison location and he actually drove it up for me to test drive. When I didn’t like it he smiled and asked me if I was interested in test driving the other cars from earlier in the week. Throughout this entire process he was professional, respectful and most importantly patient. I test drove a wonderful certified pre-owned car but it didn’t have leather so Wagner the finance specialist said we could certify the one I liked in black. Wagner found me financing within a month of repossession and worked with six banks until he got a “Yes!” We went to close and the vin stated the car was blue. I told Wagner I thought the car was black and was unsure if I wanted it. We went out to check and the car was midnight blue. After working for an hour to find me financing I stated I didn’t want the color and left. Wagner was extremely polite and said we could take a day to think about it. Both men were working with a woman who was struggling to find financing after a nightmare of a voluntary repossession. They didn’t have to be polite or professional but they were. I struggled at the closing with references and Wagner brainstormed with me to find the appropriate people to use as references. They were consummate professionals and found a girl financing with a 530 credit score. Go see my boys. They’ll make it happen!!!! More
