Yoelis was great — friendly, professional, efficient. This dealership however was disappointing. On Thursday, I bought a car over the phone, put down a deposit, and was told it would be delivered to me o This dealership however was disappointing. On Thursday, I bought a car over the phone, put down a deposit, and was told it would be delivered to me on Monday afternoon. Monday rolls around, and I get a call saying that they sold the car out from under me over the weekend and the new buyer had already taken the car. Apparently Sham, who sold me the car, wasn’t working on whatever day and so no one else knew that the car had been sold? But, make it make sense. How could a car that had a deposit on it and that had a contract already drawn up and was just waiting for me to sign it at delivery not be clearly marked as sold to all the other salespeople? I find it hard to believe, but I digress. They ended up selling me a different car of the same model, but it was not the color I originally wanted and actually cost $300 more because it was the special pearl white. It worked out in the end, sure, but this was an incredibly frustrating, stressful, and unsatisfactory car buying experience as a whole. More

Yoelis made my buying experience very pleasant. The first time I went, he showed me different models, then explained why or why not they would work for me after asking what I needed. I went back to Yoelis at Empire Toyota again a few weeks later. He has patience, knowledge and he is just an all around wonderful, caring man that cares more about the consumer than making a sale. Again, he showed me what they had in stock and let me test drive the car. He called me before the 2 weeks I was told I had to wait. I went in, the car was waiting for me right outside the door. He then sat in the car with me, explained every button before going for another test drive. He didn't let me leave the dealership before all my questions were answered. Not once did he seem upset that I was wasting his time and I was there for some time both times. In fact I had a question 3 days after purchasing my car and I texted him. Within minutes he answered me and it was a Sunday evening no less. Truly a superb agent. I highly recommend anyone to go see Yoelis Fernandez when buying your car. You won't be sorry, More
