I worked with Yoanna and Fred. Camelback was very generous with my trade in offer, and was tolerant of me getting cold feet overnight on a deal. The process up until I got to the finance department was good. The finance department had me sign the terms of my loan and advised he would try to get a lower interest rate to include GAP insurance. And had to sign new terms were my payments increased $60 without Gap. The process did not feel authentic. More

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry on May 10th. Within 12 hours of driving off the lot it was undrivable. It then spent over a week in the service department. After they told me it was fixed I have Within 12 hours of driving off the lot it was undrivable. It then spent over a week in the service department. After they told me it was fixed I have taken it in to be serviced twice because it turns off while I am driving, but I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. It has now been undrivable for over a week and I was promised a tow to the service department yet I haven't been reached out too and whenever I call, I keep getting the run around. I wanted to switch the vehicle out but due to the equity of my previous contract I would have to purchase a newer vehicle, which I can not afford nor do I qualify for. I have almost gotten into car accidents because this vehicle has shut off as I am driving. More
