It's called a bad management! !! I was told they would match Carvana offer. I was asked to send the offer from Carvana and my Vin#. Which I complied with down to the T. I expl !! I was told they would match Carvana offer. I was asked to send the offer from Carvana and my Vin#. Which I complied with down to the T. I explained I was driving 6 and half hrs and I needed everything in writing. I was told the salesman was sent home, because he was making offers for cars the company could not stand behind. I asked to have a manager to return my call. I heard nothing from the company. Called back and after several phones. I was told " We can't match Carvana and offered 4000 less. What a crock. Do not trust thier word. Pass this company up unless you want a bunch of lies. More

I gave this dealership an A1 rating when we purchased our vehicle but after purchase when we had a few issues that needed to be addressed we had a hard time getting those issues fixed and even getting in con vehicle but after purchase when we had a few issues that needed to be addressed we had a hard time getting those issues fixed and even getting in contact with the manager. So my rating went from 10 to 6. More
