I hate being hustled. In sum, I was not looking forward to buying another car. Yaro came up to us and I was already prepared to walk out because like I stated, I hate being hustled. But his friendly demeanor was so hard to be angry at. I gave him a chance. Long story short, he and his supervisor (James) were complete gentlemen with me despite my highly agitated post-concussive state. He brought us water, asked about my health, and then went to work prepping our intended car for a test drive. Yaro and his team made this accident recovery process less painful and enjoyable. If I were ever required to purchase another vehicle (which, Lord have mercy I hope not!) , I would not hesitate for a second to return to Yaroslav (his full name).
