Like how they have an invoiced line item that they did some 27 point inspection but cannot include any sort of document of what they did. I had a frustrating experience with the service department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of department at Bomnin Chevrolet. I brought my car in multiple times for the same issue, and every time I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of communication. After dropping off my car, I would wait days without any updates on its status. When I finally called to check in, it felt like my concerns were an afterthought. They didn’t seem to have looked at my car until several days later, which only added to my frustration. Despite my efforts to be patient and understanding, they failed to fix the problem. It’s disappointing to feel like my time have been wasted. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. More
