Yana was extremely personable, kind, and most importantly thoroughly knowledgable about the specifications of the vehicle I was interested in (Macan). It was raining outside and she went above and beyond by walking me out (carrying an umbrella) to show me the specific vehicle I was interested in. Not even once did she rush me into making any decisions. She was informative and asked questions to help tailor the appropriate vehicle. She exemplified the highest level of professionalism and knew exactly how to make a car buying process so seamless. I will be following Yana's recommendations for my vehicle purchases. Yana sold me a 2019 Macan Porsche which arrived in June 2019. As I ordered the car in January, Yana kept me updated as to the progress of the construction of the car. She handled all the paperwork and went through every detail of options that are available to me from Porsche. She spent over two hours quite through the options to make sure that I got the car that I wanted. She is an outstanding salesperson and is quite knowledgeable about the car and how to use the options that I had purchased. She gave me an explicit tutorial on how the options worked. She was always available by phone and any question that I had that she was not sure off the answer, she got back to me within an hour with the correct answer.
