I was told and Volvo website states that the car has adaptive cruise control. That is not the case. After the sale was done I was promised twice that a quote for adaptive cruise control (Pilot assist) w adaptive cruise control. That is not the case. After the sale was done I was promised twice that a quote for adaptive cruise control (Pilot assist) will be sent to me, never happened. Also posted on the personalized website the issues I have with the remote start and requested the quote again, I have not received a response . More

The dealership, in general is good. But, my biggest problem is WHO do I ask my questions to? Meaning; I want to know what temperature does my car heat up to, when I use remote start fro But, my biggest problem is WHO do I ask my questions to? Meaning; I want to know what temperature does my car heat up to, when I use remote start from my home? How do I find out who to ask this question to? This is only one example, I have many questions, but don’t know who to contact to ask these questions to. Also, when I bought my 2022 Volvo, I was promised a hard paper copy owners manual. They said it would be ordered for me. Now it turns out there is no manual so I can’t get one. Also, I was told that DataDots would allow my car to be tracked anywhere in United States if it was stolen. That is absolutely untrue. Data dots have no ability to track a vehicle anywhere. They are simply used to identify who owns the stolen car or parts once the vehicle is found by other means. Sincerely, Robert Bracht More
