Without going into details, the entire sale was almost blown because of the way he communicated with me, just because I dared to ask for a review of my lease's numbers. I reported the incident to the General Manager because I was genuinely concerned about his behavior, receiving a sincere apology and the deal's review that I was politely asking for in the first place.
