I made a appontment ahead of time to have two recalls fixed on my Nissan Leaf. Despite having an appointment it took almost three hours to complete the required service. This should be something Nissan should be able to do with automatic software updates like updates for your phone. Rivian and Tesla can do this. Nissan should be able to do this too. More
