Stay away from Lexus of west Kendall I’m not one to write a negative review but Lexus of West Kendall earned this one. Whenever I bring my RCF in for service I always advice them to pleas I’m not one to write a negative review but Lexus of West Kendall earned this one. Whenever I bring my RCF in for service I always advice them to please not wash the car as I had just gotten a $1,400 paint correction after buying the car used from them last year. Lexus then proceeds to wash my car with what looks like they used sandpaper. More than half of the time I cannot get into contact with any type of management or better yet a call back. I’ve been battling with them for months yet they still refuse to pay for the damage that THEY caused. This is only one of the several issues I’ve had with this dealer. Lexus of West Kendall is not only careless but also extremely unprofessional. Stay away from this dealer at all cost!!!! More
