I denied the almost $8,000 up-charge. This made Yaela frustrated and show her emotions during the sale. The finance guy, Richard, did not want to interact with me during the process of the financing. The vehicle was financed through my Bank. Yaela kept going back and forth to figure out how Richard wanted the funds. He kept saying “Check” so that’s what I told my Bank. Check was mailed out for $30,000 and I paid $5,000 on site. Once the payments were processed, I was informed that I would be unable to take the vehicle until the check was received and cleared. Mind you, I spent about 4 hours throughout the entire process just to be told last minute that I would not be able to take the vehicle. I drove a little over an hour there. I spoke with Jason Hicks, GSM, while having the Bank on speaker phone verifying the check was sent for the amount agreed. I was unable to take the vehicle until a week later. I provided a copy of the check from the bank but it did not suffice. I honestly felt discriminated. The Bank offered other options for payment but Richard was persistent on a check. With previous purchases at other locations, this has never happened to me. The dealership had a copy of my license and my wife’s. They knew we are both Active Duty Military and were financing with USAA. If I knew I would’ve gone through all those issues at the end, I would’ve walked right out and purchased elsewhere. I will never return to purchase a vehicle from any Norm Reeves dealership or refer anyone. More

From the moment I walked in, Yaela when purchasing my new vehicle at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
