Bill is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us all the options available and explained the differences between each. I tend to ask a lot of questions and Bill answered all of them. He also showed us features on the vehicle we bought that I didn't even know existed (even in the Mercedes we already own!). We bought the vehicle yesterday and had to call Bill this morning regarding an issue with linking it to our existing Mercedes Me app. He resolved the issue in minutes and called us back right away to follow-up. Bill has been amazing to work with! More
