I would say overall that this was a great buying experience. The lobby and waiting area is very nice and comfortable, and every staff member I worked with was great. The car I bought was in the exact condition as described, there were no hidden scratches or issues. My sales rep Xi Tan did a good job of explaining all of my options without pushing anything on me that I didn't want.
