I lost the first review I had typed. Service department was excellent. I waited the the car, wait time was reasonable, communication with service department was also excellent. I drive past 3 Toyota dealerships to go to Findlay Toyota. I live around the corner from Centennial Toyota but the sales department was way overly aggressive especially when I'm not buying anything. Service department abused my brother's truck when he brought it in for service and when he complained to the manager, he was told to never come back to Centennial so we all go to Findlay. More
