Communication was excellent, sales staff was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. The only issue we had was the length of time it took to get in to see the finance manager to close knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. The only issue we had was the length of time it took to get in to see the finance manager to close. They finally took us to the Subaru dealership's finance department to finalize the transaction.
